Returns and Refunds
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Smith and Muller, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund of the price paid for the item. The return delivery costs will be payable by the customer.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you require an exchange for a different size you can return your original item to us and we will send you your desired size. The return delivery costs will be payable by the customer.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the return delivery charge. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Any orders that are returned to Smith and Muller, regardless of the reason, must reach us in 100% saleable condition. This applies to the product and it’s packaging.
In the unlikely event of a product being returned & the item or packaging is rendered unsaleable at it’s full retail price, Smith and Muller reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the price at which it was sold.

Please ensure you use a trackable delivery service or purchase delivery insurance. If the shipping company loses your product, we will be unable to issue a refund.
